if you dream every night you can expect to dream so you go lucid a lot. interestingly you can know your ina dream and still have no controll of whats going on literally guided 100% so it feels so its kindof a mystery unless your efficacy is 100% every night wich isnt hard to do you just drink nuts and seed eat all the foods required to get all you can use and exercise plus dont smoke and you should dream every night just like i can. pistachio, cashew ,almond, hazelnut ,soynut, pepitas, sunflower, chia, poppy, black sesame, white sesame, all podwered and can be mixed into a mix wich is added to water to the desired texture if any is wanted and you glug that. golden flax and flax has hydrogen cyanyde that takes away dreaming after a little. the idea whith nutrition is that you eat meats and stuff for a 30% of coverage across the board and you eat vegies for more total coverage to get the next 30% and nuts and seeds to get the last 30 % ect. You must exercise, 1-3 hours a day is efficacious for 3 hours a night with good memory, run, jog, lift weight, walk, move, video games that pump the heart well like wow are physical exertionsim aswell as intellectual. good luck explorers! The goal is the strongest physical state since that is what produces the experience for example if your dying or sick you get less patient and more crabby you can chase the greatest experience using the 4 health elements (intellectual exertionsim, physical exertionsim, nutritive exertionsim, environmental exertionsim). GOing tryhard for the best experience or physical state produces more patience wittiness, endearing qualities, the reason we speak and reasons we convey shape the stronger endstates and ofcourse you get to dream every single night that you sleep which is fun and a new adventure for all of us! we can use dreaming every night as a way to get children into health i have seen it happen with a friends child she was excited to eat healthy before bed and exercise with him to dream and she actually did that night. DOnt smoke! dont pot! or you will not dream lol

I find myself rueful for neglecting stock investments until now, yet I'm appreciative of retaining funds in the money market. With approximately $200k set to mature shortly, I'm considering delving into the stock market. What stocks would be prudent for a newcomer like me to securely nurture my finances?

The importance of advisors often remains underestimated until individuals experience the repercussions of their own emotions. Thinking back to a few summers ago, amidst the challenges of my prolonged divorce, I found myself in urgent need of assistance to maintain the stability of my business. This prompted me to seek out licensed advisors, ultimately leading me to a highly qualified professional. Through her guidance, my savings not only endured inflation but also expanded from $275k to $850k.

What my mom did when I was little was she had 3 or 4 bins of toys that were age appropriate. She would bring one bin out and my sister and I would play with those toys and when it seemed we were losing interest in the toys, she would rotate the bins. So every two to three months we got “new toys”. She did this until I was eight years old.

I have been doing this for 8 years with my dogs. We walk first at thing the morning, and again at night. In the morning I don’t listen to anything, I just take it all in, the first morning sun, watch people getting their day started, kids biking to school, listen to ten birds chirping. At night I take my dogs to a nearby park and let them off leash and I put on UA-cam videos or podcasts in my earbuds, and we take our second 45 min walk of the day. It keeps me and my dogs healthy mentally and physically as otherwise we would just sit and lay around the house all day, since I work from home as a graphic designer.

So many responses on videos like this are superficial. I am a studier. I know how to lose the relevance of a subject. Here in simple terms comes the reality of what it takes to capture the core of the subject and have it be rememberable. Takeaway,..... I really believe everything that is being reported here. You have to actually study. Brian Regan has a great comedy routine on this, "I learned how to read a thousand words a minute. I found that my comprehention had plummeted!" (Audience laughing). There are some practical shortcuts but you have to do the work.

Putting well-earned money into the stock market can be over emphasized for first-time investors, unlike a bank where interest is sure thing! Well, basically times are uncertain, the market is out of control, and banks are gradually failing. I am working on a ballpark estimate of $5M for retirement, and I have a good 6-figure loaded up for this, could there be any opportunity for a boomer like me? I'm nearly 60.

That's why it is advisable that you still need to have something that will keep you going even if you're investing. You can just seek the help of a personal financial advisor if you’re confused on strategies to diversify your portfolio.

In Transcendental Meditation I was thought that if your body gets shocked with sudden change in temperature like a cold shower or a bright fluorescent light hitting your eyes when you wake up, you lose some of your good cells and you grow old fast. I still look like im in my late 20s even though I'm in my 50s. So, warm water always for me like the Japanese do and they have great skin too 😊
